An Israeli gunship violated the Lebanese territorial waters off Ras el Naqoura, according to a statement by the Lebanese army command late on Wednesday.

Three divers jumped into the waters then they returned to the gunship when it was getting ready to leave the Lebanese waters, the statement said.

The army command contacted the UN Interim Forces in Lebanon about the violation.
