Japanese Prime Minister Naoto Kan met today with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who is on a visit to Tokyo. During the meeting, they discussed the latest developments in the Palestinian issue. They, as well, reviewed bilateral relations and ways of boosting cooperation, in addition to topics of common interest.
