Speaker of Jordan’s Lower House Abdul Karim Dughmi on Tuesday discussed with Turkish Ambassador to Jordan Sedat Onal the development of the Syrian crisis. Dughmi stressed the importance of finding a peaceful political solution that preserves the unity of Syria and stops the bloodshed, Petra news agency reported. He added that Jordan has been significantly affected by the Syrian crisis, most notably in the social and economic fields, noting that Jordan is hosting thousands of Syrian refugees despite its economic conditions.
