The Jordanian government on Monday condemned the deadly attack on Egyptian soldiers in Sinai earlier on Sunday as a “terrorist incident”. Spokesman for the government and Minister of State for Information Samih Maaytah said in news remarks his country’s government stands with the Egyptian government and people in face of all forms of terrorism from which several countries, including Jordan, have suffered. He also convoyed his country’s condolence to the Egyptian government over the victims of the terrorist attack.
