Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al- Hamad Al-Sabah met here Wednesday with visiting Maltese Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Affairs Minister Tonio. Talks during the meeting dealt with means of promoting bilateral ties between the two countries and issues o mutual concern.
