Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah leaves for Cairo on Saturday to chair Kuwait\'s delegation to the emergency meeting of the Arab League Council at the ministerial level to discuss the latest developments in Syria.The Minister will be accompanied by a number of Foreign Ministry officials.
