The Lebanese General Security Directorate detained two Lebanese and a Syrian on charges of forming a network that belongs to ISIS group, the directorate said in a statement on Friday.
They have admitted during investigations to preparing terror acts against the army and security apparatuses, National News Agency (NNA) reported.
Work is ongoing to arrest the rest of the involved individuals, according to NNA.
