Israel’s Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman is set to travel to Azerbaijan late in April. According to the APA News Agency, the start date of the visit will probably be April 23. Lieberman is scheduled to attend the opening of an Israeli cultural center at the Azerbaijan University of Languages.
