Indian Maoists rebels have released the list of demands after kidnapping two Italians in the eastern state of Orissa. The list includes ending counter-insurgency operations against the rebels, disbanding paramilitary camps and freeing jailed top Maoist leaders. Police say they are ready for to negotiate.
