The Tunisian president Moncef Marzouki has started a three day official visit to the Libyan capital, Tripoli on Monday.  Leading a high-level delegation, the Tunisian head of state, in his first visit outside Tunisia since being sworn in as president, will hold meetings with the head of Libyan National Transitional Council (NTC) Mustafa Abdul Jalil and the Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Rahim Al-Kabe.  Theywill discuss the most important issues of the two neighboring countries. Marzouki is looking to strengthen bilateral relations. It’s worth mentioning that, Marzouki supported the Libyan uprising since its beginning, and called for severance of relations with Gaddafi’s regime. In addition, Tunisia received thousands of Libyans during the eight-month uprising.
