A mortar attack near the presidential palace in Mogadishu, Somalia, killed at least six people in a nearby refugee camp, officials said Monday. The victims included four members of one family and two young girls, the Shabelle Media Network reported. At least five other people were injured. The mortars, fired toward the palace, landed inside the camp, the report said. No one had claimed responsibility for the attack, officials said. Somalia has been without a functioning central government for more than two decades.
