The Mufti of Jerusalem on Wednesday criticized a Ma'an editorial reflecting on Greek and religious mythology. Published last ednesday, editor-in-chief Nasser Lahham discussed the relationship between men and women in light of stories of Adam and Eve, and Greek god Zeus. Sheikh Muhammad Hussein told Ma'an he regrets the article as it contradicts religion, and asked for it be changed. Ma'an editorial staff clarified that Lahham had not meant any insult to religion, and thanked the Mufti for his trust and concern regarding Ma'an.
