Myanmar will allow about two dozen regional poll observers to visit the country for next month\'s closely watched by-elections, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations announced Tuesday. Myanmar has invited ASEAN to send five observers and 18 parliamentarians from around the region to witness the vote, the bloc said in a statement.
