Israel’s Supreme Court has ruled in favor of deporting a Palestinian man who had been living in the country illegally back to Gaza, the man’s lawyer said. Hamas, which runs the Gaza Strip, has accused the man of spying for Israel, a charge punishable by death. The man, whose wife and child are both Israeli citizens, has already been deported by Israel and arrested by Hamas on a number of occasions. The ruling comes days after Hamas executed three men, one of whom was found guilty of spying for Israel.
