A chartered plane crash-landed soon after it took off from the Karachi airport injuring three people including the pilot, Geo News reported on Friday.

The aircraft made an emergency landing at the Jinnah International Airport due to a technical fault minutes after it took off from the runway, airport officials said.

The plane was taking 190 employees of a private company to Balochistan.

The Karachi airport was temporarily shut down and heavy machinery was called to lift the damaged plane.
