Russian President Vladimir Putin and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani agreed during a phone call on Monday to continue to work in order to achieve a sustainable settlement of the situation in Syria.

    According to the press service of the Kremlin, Putin and Rouhani also discussed the situation in the Middle East.
