HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani met at his Emiri Diwan Office here on Monday President Mahamadou Issoufou of the Republic of Niger on the occaion of his current visit to Doha to participate in the UN Conference on Trade and Development ( UNCTAD XIII) now in session here.
