H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mu'alla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain, is tomorrow heading the UAE's delegation participating in the 13th session of the Islamic Summit Conference due to be held in Istanbul on the 14th and 15th April.

Accompanying the Ruler of Umm Al Qaiwain will be Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Chairman of the Rashid Bin Ahmed Almualla Award For Holy Quran and Islamic Culture, Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Nasser Saeed Al Tallai, Director of the Emiri Diwan in Umm Al Qaiwain, Mohammed Saeed Al Daheri, UAE Permanent Representative to the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, Khalifa Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Marzouqi, UAE Consul-General in Istanbul, and state media.
