Russia and the United States are discussing "concrete" military coordination to liberate the Islamic State stronghold of Raqqa in Syria, Interfax news agency cited Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov as saying on Wednesday. 

The Russian military men and the Pentagon leaders are discussing cooperation in this respect, taking into consideration withdrawal part of the Russian forces from Syria, he added.
