Iran’s Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi arrived in Ankara Tuesday afternoon to confer with the Turkish officials on the case of 48 Iranian pilgrims kidnapped in Syria, Irna news agency reported. During his short-term visit, Salehi is to confer with Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu seeking his mediation to help secure release of the kidnapped Iranian pilgrims, according to Irna.
