Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense met separately here today with the chiefs of staff of the countries participating in the Islamic Military Alliance on the occasion of holding their first meeting . 
The official Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that discussions during the meetings focused on coordinating the strategic efforts among the Islamic countries in confronting and countering terrorism.
