The first Saudi National Campaign to Support Brothers in Syria arrived in Jordan today, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported. “The relief convoy consists of 43 trucks loaded with various foodstuffs and in-kind materials. Coordination is made with the concerned authorities in Jordan to facilitate the convoy’s entry,” Saudi Ambassador to Jordan Fahd bin Abdulmohsen Al-Zaid told SPA. Al-Zaid emphasized that dispatching this relief convoy comes in continuation of the humanitarian role played by the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards Muslims in times of crisis.
