Channels of security cooperation between Rabat and Moscow have been developed in a way which concerns the British and the Americans, according to Al Sabah Newspaper.

Attempts to "decipher the code" of convergence between Russia and Morocco have started, added the newspaper.

The newspaper also pointed out to the White House's call on the rest of the NATO members to give Morocco and Ukraine the full membership to build NATO shield against terrorism.
