UN-Arab League special envoy on Syria Kofi Annan will pay an official visit to Turkey today, Turkish officials in Ankara said. Annan will leave the country on Tuesday after having talks with top Turkish officials. He is also going to visit Syrian refugee camps in Turkey\'s southern province of Hatay, the officials said.
