United Nations Envoy to Libya Martin Kobler warmly welcomed the announcement of Libyan Presidential Council member Omar al-Aswad of his readiness to re-join the council.

On Twitter on Friday, Kobler hailed al Aswad readiness to re-join the Presidential Council and work with the council members on the government formation.
