UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon  on Monday issued a decision to remove the Arab coalition forces in Yemen from the "black list" of countries and groups that violate the rights of children in conflicts and wars.

    This came in a statement of the UN Secretary-General Spokesman Stephane Dujarric.
