A US Congress delegation under South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham left Cairo Sunday, concluding a two-day visit.

The delegation met Minister of Defense and Military Production Sedki Sobhi on Saturday to discuss the latest developments in the region and international efforts in the war on terrorism. 

A number of issues of mutual concern were also discussed during the meeting.
