Moscow has not informed Washington of its decision to withdraw Russian troops from Syria, the White House said on Tuesday.

There are indications that Moscow would continue its operations to withdraw its troops from Syria, Sky News TV Channel quoted a White House statement as saying.

Russia on Monday declared the withdrawal of the majority of its troops from Syria, saying the six-month military intervention had largely achieved its objective.
