Yemeni President Abd Rabu Mansour received Tuesday, at his temporary residence in Riyadh, US Ambassador to Yemen Matthew H. Tueller.

The meeting took up cooperation between both countries and the latest developments on the national arena along with the international and regional developments.

The meeting also tackled the latest political and military developments and the impact of the Houthi and Saleh militias in Yemen.

Mansour lauded the positive US stances in supporting Yemen to get out of the current situation.

On the other hand, Tueller renewed US support to Yemen, voicing hope that the efforts exerted would bring about peace in Yemen.
