Several Palestinian civilians, including children and patients, suffocated by teargas early Thursday morning after Israeli Occupation soldiers broke into Palestine Medical Complex in the heart of Ramallah, according to medical sources.
Director of the complex, Ahmad al-Bitawi told (WAFA) News Agency that Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition and teargas canisters towards Palestinians who were present in the yards of the complex, causing many of them to suffocate.
Some of the patients inside the buildings of the complex also suffocated after inhaling teargas.
On the other hand, a Palestinian youth was shot by Israeli occupation forces near the Ibrahimi Mosque in the center of the West Bank city of Hebron.
According to security sources, the Israeli occupation forces, positioned in the vicinity of the Ibrahimi Mosque, shot and wounded the young man directly without knowing his identity.
