The chiefs of GCC governmental agencies concerned with human rights discussed in Riyadh on Monday several pieces of legislation pertinent to children's rights.
The laws, which were addressed during the 10th meeting of the GCC human rights officials, include one bearing on the necessary protection of children from domestic violence.
The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the Saudi Human Rights Commission Dr. Bandar Al-Aiban, with representatives from all the six GCC member states attending.
