The Ministry of Social Solidarity on Friday denied appointing Bilal el Nems as its political adviser and chairman of its anti-crime committee. 

In a statement earlier in the day, the ministry denied media reports in this regard, stressing that it has no anti-crime committee. 

The statement added that el Nems has nothing to do with the ministry, warning all bodies concerned and media of dealing with him. 

The ministry is currently taking action against el Nems, the statement said.
