Flash flooding in Colorado\'s Boulder County early Thursday left one person dead as the National Weather Service issued an emergency for the county and Jefferson County to the Northwest. The flooding, caused by days of heavy rains, flooded streets, triggered mudslides and a mandatory evacuation order was in effect for the tiny community of Jamestown and the Fourmile area, RT reported. Some homes had collapsed in Jamestown, where dozens of people live, and one person was killed when a structure collapsed.
