One worker was killed and two dozens injured in the collapse of a building during construction of a electric power substation in Mexico City Saturday, utility company CFE said, according to dpa. Cement was being pumped onto a platform on an upper floor of the building at the time of the accident and it appeared the building could not sustain the weight of the building materials, the Excelsior newspaper reported.
