Mourners carry the Turkish flag-draped coffin

Ten PKK separatists were killed in the city of Siirt in southeast Turkey after skirmishes occurred between them and the special forces.

The separatists were implicated in incidents of burning cars and planting mines.

The Turkish special forces, supported by two helicopters, clashed with the separatists for hours in a mountainous region.

Meantime, three people were injured after a mine went off as a police armor vehicle was passing southeastern the country.
