Fourteen Ukrainian soldiers have been killed and 173 wounded in the past 24 hours in fighting with pro-Russian separatists in east Ukraine despite the ceasefire, Euronews reported quoting military sources.
It comes after Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko confirmed that Ukraine forces are pulling out from Debaltseve after a period of intense fighting.
