Sixsteen people were killed in MI-171 helicopter crash close to Vietnamese capital on Monday, a military official said.
Total 21 servicemen were heliborne. Five people were injured and sent to a hospital. The military transport helicopter Mi-171 by Vietnamese Air Force crashed during the gunnery training.
As reported by the military command of the capital, the helicopter crashed not far from the bustling market district Hoa Lak. The houses located nearby were damaged. At the same time, according to the military, nobody was injured there.
