Seventeen Chinese soldiers were killed in an arsenal explosion in central China's Hunan Province, state-run Xinhua News Agency reported Wednesday.
The accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon in Hengyang City in Hunan as soldiers were piling up ammunitions, the report said. The cause of the blast is under investigation
