At least two people were injured Thursday morning after scaffolding apparently collapsed at a building site in the western Japanese city of Kobe, local press reported. The accident happened at around 11:10 a.m. local time, and local rescue teams are still at work in the area near the city center, the daily Kobe Shimbun said.
