Two people were killed and 18 others injured in a road accident in southern Thailand, police said on Tuesday. The incident occurred Monday night in Kraburi district of Ranong Province. The tour bus, en route from Ranong to the capital Bangkok, collided with a 10-wheel truck. Two female passengers in the bus were killed. Eighteen people, including the drivers of both vehicles, were injured. Police charged the two drivers with reckless driving.
