A cold weather in India

At least 24 people have been killed by cold weather in northern India over the past two days, said local media Thursday.
Intense cold wave conditions accompanied by snowfall have left 24 people dead in the northern state of Uttarakhand alone, said Indo-Asian News Service.
Icy winds from Uttarakhand swept through the neighboring Uttar Pradesh state, the national capital New Delhi and Haryana state this week, leaving the whole northern Indian region shivering in the cold.
