Three people were killed and another 15 injured in an attack at a nursing home in central China's Hunan Province, the first day of the new Chinese lunar year.
The attack happened at about 2 a.m. at Aixin Nursing Home at Yongfeng Township, Shuangfeng County, according to the county government, Xinhua reported.
Luo Renchu, 64, a nursing worker, randomly attacked elderly people and staff at the nursing home after a brawl with Fang Hongchun, 48, the owner of the nursing home.
Luo fled the scene after the attack. Police are still hunting him.
