Three people were confirmed dead while 14 others were wounded in a predawn bus accident on Saturday in Burgos of northern Philippine province of Ilocos Norte, local media reported. Initial investigation showed that the accident happened at 3 a. m. local time Saturday when the bus driver lost control of the bus after someone threw a stone on its windshield while the bus was traveling on highway from Cagayan to Vigan city in Ilocos Sur.
