At least three people were killed Sunday and about 22
including a female lawmaker were injured when a suicide bomber
targeted her car near the Afghan parliament building, security
officials said, according to dpa.
Legislator Shukria Barakzai "suffered small injuries."
Interior Ministry spokesman Sediq Sediqqi said the bomber drove an
explosive-laden car.
News broadcasts showed the wreckage of several cars damaged in the
attack, including MP Barakzai's armored vehicle.
