At least four people have died and many others are missing as a boat capsized in local river in the far-western Kailali district of Nepal on Sunday. According to local police, a boat capsized in Krishnagar, which is close to Nepal-India border. Police have not ascertained the number of passengers in the Boat. Five persons who were rescued said that there were about 20 passengers. Due to lack of bridges, such tragedy frequently occurs in Nepal. "The rescue and search operation is underway in the river," said Rajendra Khanal, a local resident. But due to the heavy rain, rescue and search operation has not been effective.
