Five people were shot and injured inside a senior citizens social club in Gary, Ind., police said. Gary Police said a 23-year-old Chicago man walked into the Safe and Sound Senior Citizens Social Club late Wednesday, ordered everyone to lie on the floor then shot four men, WGN-TV, Chicago, reported. Someone inside the private club shot the suspect, who was taken into custody, police said. The injured were 43, 45, 65 and 76 years old, officials said. The extent of injuries was not reported.
