At least eight terrorists were killed in an air strike by security forces on Friday in Shawal area of North Waziristan, sources said, according to Geo News.

According to the sources, five militants were also injured as jets bombed their hideouts.

On Wednesday, nine militants were killed in an air strike in Datta Khel area of North Waziristan.

Thirteen terrorists were also injured in the assault by jets.
