Rescuers have found two bodies and are rushing to find another seven buried following a rain-triggered landslide Tuesday in southwest China's Yunnan Province, local authorities said.
According to a spokesman for the government of Kunming city, nine people were buried when the landslide hit the village of Xiaoxin in Dongchuan district on Tuesday, Xinhua reported.
The identities of the two deceased have yet to be confirmed and rescue operations for the others are under way.
