At least 10 people were killed and many injured after a suicide attack at a crowded market in Nigeria's northeastern state of Adamawa, Russia Today reported Friday.

A teenage suicide bomber blew himself up in a grain market in Adamawa state, one of the worst-hit in the seven-year-old Boko Haram insurgency in the northeast.

No group claimed responsibility for the suicide attack.
