A violent snow storm hinder search and investigation for three hours at the elderly home, which is located in L'Isle-Verte, Quebec, on the southern banks of Saint Lawrence River. Rescue teams managed to pull out four other copses from Residence du Havre despite violent snow and windstorms, with freezing temperatures averaging -11 degrees Celsius.
